It’s become clear that someone you do business with is having trouble keeping up with their end of the bargain. This could be a lessee, renter, or person you co-signed a loan with. Broach the topic to see how they’re doing financially. It’s proactive and gives you an opportunity to suggest a payment plan or some other alternative. Part of you winces at the idea of changing any business agreement but it’s a lot better than their defaulting all together.
