Don’t be surprised when a boss calls you into their office this week to discuss future plans. They won’t be telling you what they expect as much as they’ll be asking you about what you’d like to do. Their vision of your relationship promises to be creative, collaborative, and one where you get more say-so. It’s all kinds of exciting, but is it enough to make you want to stay put?
