Mars in Gemini tends to chase after the next bright shiny object. Whatever piques its interest goes to the top of the “must have” list. However Mars is more casual than ambitious when it’s in the sign of the Twins, so there’s no great need to accomplish what it has set out to do. If things get bogged down or take too long Mars will simply move on to something else. This changes when it forms a trine to Saturn – like on September 28th. Nothing comes easy when Saturn’s involved which means there will be something about the object of your desire that remains stubbornly beyond reach. And it doesn’t matter how many times you say you’re out of your league or that you didn’t sign on for an endeavor this difficult, you still won’t be able to quit it. This trine repeats two more times before you are released. And even though it will put you through your paces and drive you to distraction you’ll discover that you’re more tenacious than you thought and more resourceful than you imagined. Saturn doesn’t withhold to thwart you; it withholds in order to improve your reach.
