Saturn coming out of retrograde is like returning to work after a hiatus. The expectation is that you’ll just naturally pick up from where you left off, but over the course of the first day you can’t help noticing how much things have changed. Maybe there’s a new face or two, tasks that used to be yours have been assigned to others, or you’re having a hard time finding your groove. Saturn is the planet of time in Astrology and one of the lessons that time teaches is you can’t go home again. Trying to go back to the way things were done before when so much time has passed isn’t the way to go. What you want to do – especially with Saturn winding up its stay in Aquarius over the next few months – is look ahead. Treat October 23rd (the day that Saturn turns direct) as your fresh starting point. You’ll be amazed by how quickly you progress when you focus on what you want to produce from now on and don’t have to worry so much about making up for lost time.
