SOLAR ECLIPSE IN LIBRA

“Koyaanisqatisi” is a Hopi word that means “life out of balance.” And that’s exactly what you’ll be experiencing when there’s a solar eclipse in Libra on October 14th. At first you may be unsettled by how estranged you feel from the things in life that used to give you meaning. Maybe work has drained all the energy out of your home life, a relationship has choked off your friendships, or your desire to escape has led you around in dizzying circles. During times like these we look for counterweights – resolutions that we hope will counteract or even cancel out these feelings of distress – like going on a diet to control weight gain.  But a reaction is not a solution. In fact what’s needed now isn’t the right answer but some right questions. Eclipses have always been associated with time-outs in Astrology so instead of panicking take this time to reorient by connecting to your internal gyroscope. It won’t tell you what to do, but it will lead you in the right direction.
