BAD OPTICS

Nobody looks good when Venus, planet of love and beauty, forms a square to punitive Pluto on April 11th. Tiaras will be tilted, goodwill gestures ridiculed, and olive branches extended in peace will receive a chilly reception. Neither side of the divide will be on their best behavior and this looks bad especially since a square shows that the planets involved – no matter how combative – still have to find a way to work together or risk losing everything. Nobody benefits from a burned bridge. It doesn’t matter if you’re just a bit player, an overlooked cog, or a broken record that’s worn out its welcome it’s still worth doing what you can to bring alienated parties back to the table. It may seem futile – like a drop in the bucket – but even drops have been known to have a ripple effect.
