People will feel vulnerable and like they’re emotionally naked. They’ll be uncharacteristically weepy, needy, and hopelessly self-confessional. This will be OK when dealing with loved ones and friends because they’re comfortable saying and doing just about anything in front of you, however it may prove awkward with a boss or client because he could divulge a lot of things about himself that he didn’t mean to. But then again this unexpected intimacy could prove to be a wonderful icebreaker.
