SPRING’S AWAKENING

A talent can be like a seed that lies buried inside ourselves waiting to put forth shoots. Sometimes it sprouts right away and sometimes it remains dormant for years or even decades.  And then there are those occasions when a talent flowers, wilts, and goes to seed – planting the possibility of a future reemergence in a new and totally different incarnation. Pluto, planet of the Underworld in Astrology, rules over the things that are inherent like traits, flaws, and disposition. Sometimes these aspects of ourselves come to light and sometimes they don’t. The Sun that sextiles Pluto on March 18th is a springtime Sun (March 18th is only two days before the Equinox) and like the Spring you will experience an inborn part of you stirring from its slumber. Maybe it’s a gift that was never realized, a raw potential that remained untapped, or it’s the return of something you used to do before and thought that you would never do again. In any case it’s here and it doesn’t matter if it’s too late, inopportune, or seemingly ridiculous – your chance to experience and to express this part of you is now.
