SEEING RED

Mars, planet of quarrels and conflict, enters Taurus on July 5th. The last time Mars entered Taurus was on January 6, 2021. People often think of bulls as docile creatures – lazily chewing cud and swatting at flies with their tails, however bulls have been known to charge and when they do they can be unstoppable. This is something to keep in mind over the next 6 ½ weeks as Mars will be traveling through a particularly incendiary patch of sky. Normally a peaceful person, you may suddenly be put on the defensive when others try to encroach on your turf or annex your ideas. Then again you may be the one who’s coming on too strong by forcing someone to make a decision before they’re ready or not allowing a losing opponent to save face. Whatever side of the fence you’re on, it’s a good idea to lower the temperature. Taurus is ruled by Venus, planet of peace after all, which means there’s nothing to be gained by muscling your way through when you can discuss things pleasantly over dinner and a bottle of wine.
