You are cleverer than most. Situations that others find baffling often present creative opportunities for you. This is something you’ll experience on September 19th when a supervisor or competitive co-worker throws up their hands and asks you to take over an assignment that they’ve been struggling with. Make sure that they’re truly signing off on this before you accept it. Only if you get that agreement in writing (an email or text will do) should you say yes.
