You are cleverer than most. Situations that others find baffling often present creative opportunities for you. This is something that you’ll experience on March 9 when a supervisor or competitive co-worker throws up his hands and asks you to take over a problematic assignment that he’s been struggling with. Make sure that he is truly signing off on this before you accept it. Only if you get that agreement in writing (email or text) should you say yes.
