Neptune turning retrograde on June 23 means that that person you set your romantic sights on will be doing some kind of disappearing act over the next 5 months. He may be called away for work, called back to take care of unfinished business in a previous relationship, or asked to shoulder a family obligation that requires his full attention. In any case you will have to wait for him.
