It’s time for a serious discussion about your salary. Your job description has clearly changed as you’ve recently added more duties and responsibilities. The wonderful thing about Mercury being in Libra for such an extended period (August 30th to November 5th) is that it allows you plenty of time to negotiate. Remember that this is not about you proving your worth but about your boss finding money in the budget to pay you. This takes time as s/he needs to meet with the bean counters to see what they can come up with. Be polite and politic and you should get what you’re asking for.
