Nobody’s burned more bridges than you which is why you’ll be surprised by an offer to patch things up on February 7th. It’s totally out of the blue. Naturally you can’t help wondering if this person is trying to get back at you in some way – things really didn’t end well before; however, as the conversation unfolds, it will become abundantly clear that they are sincere. Can people really be that forgiving? Evidently the answer is yes. Nevertheless you’ll need some time to wrap your mind around this. Nobody’s saying you have to be besties, but giving peace a chance is always a good thing.
