You may think it’s a done deal, but done deals have been known to fall apart. If you want to guard against any future rude awakenings or unwanted surprises then make a point of archiving email threads and saving all pertinent texts between now and Feb. 16. You may need these to prove the validity of certain agreements and to hold other parties’ feet to the fire. Obviously this is something you’ll only want to turn to as a last resort, but better you have something to fall back on then to rely on people who may not be as trustworthy as you suppose.
