You’ll say you did everything possible, but think again. If you aren’t experiencing a brimming sense of accomplishment then you know that something’s been left incomplete. Now you can blame circumstances, uncooperative associates, or unimaginative bosses but the buck stops with you and it will stay there for as long as it takes to get you to rethink your approach. Critical thinking will reveal where you fell short or took the easy way. Nobody likes being forced to return to the drawing board (especially visionaries like you), but that’s where you need to go. Redraft and reinvent and you will get it right this time.
