Fire signs aren’t fond of revisiting situations they consider settled. If something’s done it’s done and if anyone has a problem with it then they should have spoken up at the time. Unfortunately a certain party or agency has gotten wind of a slip up and it looks like they’ll be contacting you this week. Now it may be a simple oversight – which would require nothing more than resubmitting a fresh application – or it could be more serious. Whatever the issue don’t sweep it under the rug. You’ll want to take care of this ASAP while the planetary picture is still favorable.
