You can’t escape this sinking feeling that the Sun is setting on your best efforts. No matter what you do to try to get things headed in a positive direction, you meet with resistance. It’s important to remember that much of what you’re feeling is a natural response to shadows growing longer and days ending earlier. You’re not feeling the same oomph. The solution isn’t to press the pedal to the metal, but to downshift. You’ll find that the support is there (even though it takes a few tries) and that things don’t look half bad once you let your eyes adjust to the dark.
