You are not alone. It’s true that you’re shouldering the lion’s share of responsibilities these days – that’s what happens when you have Mars transiting your solar 6th – but it doesn’t have to be like this. You have the option of offloading work and even delegating responsibilities. Admittedly that would require you to take time out of your hectic day to coordinate efforts, but it’s time worth taking. The problem with doing everything yourself is that it ultimately slows you down and limits your scope. If you want to accomplish all the things you want to accomplish then you need to brush up on your teamwork.
