CAPRICORN (Dec. 21 – Jan. 19)
It looks like you may have to renege on a promise or pledge. You thought you could make things work, but running the numbers shows it just isn’t doable. As a Capricorn you’re painfully aware of how interconnected we all are financially. There are people who depend on you just as you depend on people. For you to have to scale back and leave someone hanging is almost unbearable. Nevertheless you have to put yourself first. That said, be upfront about your decision and tell this person immediately. You don’t want there to be any awkwardness for when you rehire him/her in the future.
