Now, it’s true that you have always done things a certain way and that you’ve been successful with your approach, but the Stars show that the format is changing and you need to be open to that. Whether it’s a change in higher-ups, personnel, or government policy there are signs that a massive upgrade is on the horizon and the more receptive and adaptable you can be, the better.
