Don’t be surprised when a boss calls you into his office to discuss future plans on November 22nd. He won’t be telling you what he expects as much as he’ll be asking you about what you’d like to do. His vision of your relationship promises to be creative, collaborative, and one where you get more say-so. It’s all kinds of exciting, but is it enough to make you want to stay put?
