Aquarians are shy when it comes to financial negotiations. As an air sign you have no problem discussing pay scale. If anything you rely on this metric to come up with a fair and reasonable rate, however when a superior or client doesn’t recognize it – and even hints at downgrading you – things can get tense. Be ready to have that conversation you’d rather not have this week. In a perfect world you’d let your record speak for itself but sometimes you have to call someone to accounts. Not only will you get what you deserve, but it’s unlikely this person will mess with you again.
