AQUARIUS (Jan. 20 – Feb. 17)
It’s been hell trying to get everyone on the same page. Changing forecasts and uncertain circumstances has put people on edge. How can you lead with any sort of confidence when you don’t really know what you’re getting into? Thankfully Venus comes out of retrograde on June 25. This won’t settle matters outright, but it will clear up channels of communication, introduce a more collaborative effort, and reinstate that sense of solidarity that went missing over the past few weeks. Your greatest resources have always been your human resources and Venus back on-line means everyone will be clear-eyed and working for the greater good again.
