Mercury opposite Mars in Aries on September 24 brings a parting of the ways that’s been in the works for a long time. A certain association must come to an end Ð not because it’s toxic, but because the situation cannot continue as is. This person may be out of his element, is the weakest link on a winning team, or has the bedside manner of a jackhammer. Whatever the drawback, you can no longer afford to cover for him which means that he needs to go. These sorts of decisions are painful and they’re never easy, but the sooner you do it; the better.
