You’re not one to ask for favors. If anything, it’s other people who come to you with their requests. And given the way you’ll drop everything to help out, you probably don’t realize how much goodwill you’ve earned over the years. On April 6th you learn that someone you assisted in the past is in the unique position of helping you to achieve a long-sought goal. Don’t be shy. Think of this as redeeming mileage points in a frequent flyers rewards program. Not only is this person happy to repay the favor, but they have some great ideas about how to capitalize on your efforts.
