Sealing the deal will take longer than you think. On April 5 it looks like something that was supposed to go off without a hitch will become mired in complications. Most people would throw up their hands in despair, but not you. If anything you’ll take this as a challenge to your resourcefulness and ingenuity. Yes, it will take until Aug. to sort things out, but you will – and all in nice tidy rows.
