Don’t wave away criticisms that you get at work this week. You may be right about people picking at things just to have something to pick at but there’s more going on than just that. Now, it’s true that you have always done things a certain way and that you’ve been successful with your approach, but the Stars show that the format is changing and you need to be open to that. Whether it’s a change in higher-ups, personnel, or government policy there are signs that a massive upgrade is on the horizon and the more receptive and adaptable you can be, the better.
