Nothing comes easy when the Sun squares Saturn (March 29). What felt inspiring and uplifting one day is laid low by the planet of trials and tribulations the next. For some people this is confirmation that a naive hope truly was naïve. They’re happy to turn and go back the way they came. But for others Saturn’s rejection is a call to commit to the long game. Things that come easily are easily forgotten. There’s something breezy about prodigal gains and windfall profits. However if something is kept from you (like it is during a Sun/Saturn square) then you are forced to grapple with your doubts and fears. And it’s those doubts and fears –not the promises and guarantees – that get you to wrestle with that dark angel that blocks your path. You may not succeed right away, but you will get the measure of things which means that one day you will.
