ItÕs becoming increasingly difficult to cover for a superior who is out of his depth. Ironically itÕs not the cover part that worries you. Either heÕs in complete denial about the downward spiral he’s in or he’s frozen like a deer in the headlights. You need to schedule a serious discussion on Friday about where to go from here.
