Climbing the walls yet? It could be worse. Could you imagine going through this without social media? That said, there are a couple of things you can do to practice good mental health. Take a brisk walk three times a day (while practicing social distancing of course), turn off the news if you’ve heard the same story before (you don’t need any more negative reinforcement), and check in on a neighbor to see how they’re doing. There’s nothing wrong with talking through doors and windows or over back porches. Who would have known that you were surrounded by so many people living such interesting lives?
