You have something somebody wants and he’s willing to pay you top dollar for it. This could be a piece of property, content that you own, or an antique that’s been doubling as a doorstop for years. Don’t be so quick to respond when he pressures you to name your price on July 26. This would be a good time to see if there are any other takers because there might be. Mars is retrograde after all and will be until Aug. 27. Chances are you’re undervaluing what you have and a bidding war wouldn’t be the worse thing that could happen right now.
