So are you moving on from one association to another? It certainly looks that way on July 19 when the First Quarter Moon rises in the zodiac sign of Libra. You’ll be waxing on while telling a certain someone to wane off. But you have to be careful with transitions like these. The Moon rules cycles and cycles – like habits and routines – are rarely broken.
