POLAR OPPOSITES

Gasoline always gets poured on the fire when Mars forms an opposition to Uranus (Dec. 1). You’ll see polarizing energies reach new fever pitches as one side vilifies the other. Anger and outrage are to be expected – especially if there’s just cause for them. But what can also happen during planetary oppositions like these is that they can create a pendulum effect where you wind up swinging between two extremes. The further you push in one direction the further you’ll swing back the way you came. This could descend into accusations and denials escalating on both sides with no sign of letting up. If you want to be angry, then be angry. But if you want to move forward then you will need to find one thing for you and the other side to agree upon. It won’t be easy. But this is why bridge building requires more thought, creativity, and sensitivity than bridge burning.
