Don’t give up on that lost cause just yet. A rare Mercury/Jupiter conjunction on Oct. 18 shows an associate, consultant, or lawyer unearthing a bit of information that could turn the tables on a certain venture or enterprise. It looks like some kind of technical clause, vaguely worded rule, or overlooked footnote. It’s just the sort of thing that could be puffed up into something that sounds more formidable than it really is. Part of you may feel disingenuous for doing this, but if it gets you off the hook then why not? Facts are 10% truth and 90% interpretation anyway these days.
