Solar Eclipse in Leo

There is no doubt that today’s total eclipse of the Sun in Leo will be the most dramatic in recent memory. Not since 1776 has there been a total eclipse of the Sun that has taken place solely in the United States of America. Its shadow will physically move from west coast to east coast; from sea to shining sea. Last time this happened a tyrant king was thrown out by the people of this great nation and certain principles were articulated and pledged allegiance to for the first time – the most important being that “all men are created equal.” Eclipses are the great course correctors in Astrology. They tell us if things are on track or if we have lost our way. Eclipses also take up to a year to play out so don’t expect anything final today. If anything, we are only just getting started. Signs most affected: Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius
