It’s beginning to dawn on you that you’ll never do the things you want to do if you continue the way you’re going. You will always give top priority to the next gig or paycheck while putting the pursuits that really matter on the backburner. Don’t be like the fabled Atlalanta who chased every golden apple tossed across her path only to discover too late that she lost the race. Start working those personal aspirations of yours into your schedule. You may not be able to give them your full time and attention now but even these baby steps are steps in the right direction.
